What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid mind-body-brain healing modality that combines the most beneficial theories of Hypnotherapy, Regression Therapy, Psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

RTT has been developed and fine tuned over the last 30 years by Marisa Peer, a world-renowned Hypnotherapist, best-selling author, leader and keynote speaker.

RTT builds on the basis that past experiences, habits and beliefs create patterns in the subconscious mind and that these patterns dictate our attitudes, actions and reactions. Once we are able to understand the root cause of our habits, patterns and health concerns, the transformation begins.

What happens in a Rapid Transformational Therapy session?

First, you will be guided into deep relaxation and focused concentration (similar to a guided meditation but deeper and easier to follow), this is known as the hypnotic state or the Theta brainwave state. Theta brainwaves are  present when we are between wakefulness and sleep, meditating, in a flow state or inwardly focused. They are associated with creativity, intuition and connect us directly to the subconscious mind where all of our memories, habits and beliefs are stored. 

Physically, your nervous system will be at rest and your body will feel very relaxed. Mentally, you will feel aware and completely in control while in a state of peacefulness, presence and awareness . 

During your RTT session, I will guide you to revisit different scenes that are connected to the topic of your session so you can uncover the reason, root cause and meaning you associate with specific events. This will allow you to interpret, understand and let go of emotional burdens, traumas and past experiences that are associated with the limiting beliefs that cause your suffering and keep you in lack, looping and blocked. 

The very end of your RTT session is known as the transformation where we will install new beliefs to rewrite, reprogram and rewire your brain. This portion of your session will be recorded and sent to you within 24 hours. It is important that you listen to your recording daily for the following 21-28 days after the session. It is scientifically proven that the mind learns by repetition. The repetitive use of this recording creates inevitable and positive transformation in one's thoughts, behaviors, actions, confidence and sense of self. 

What is The Metamorphic Mind?

The Metamorphic Mind method is a hybrid mind-body-brain medicine that combines the most beneficial techniques of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Regression Therapy, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and the Theta brainwave state to create transformation in one's beliefs, behaviors, and brain biochemistry.

This is a group experience that can be curated for any specific topic, from sales to self-confidence, self-love, and increasing immunity.

What happens in a The Metamorphic Mind session?

Your group will be guided into a deeply relaxed theta brainwave state; the nervous system will be put to rest so that you may awaken your awareness and become present with the subconscious mind. When the nervous system is at ease, the mind can be present and free from tension. Physically and mentally, you will feel very relaxed and in a state of peacefulness, presence & awareness. In the theta brainwave state, the mind is more open to new suggestions than in our awake, or alpha brainwave state. 

Using the repetition of language, frequency & sound, you will be led through an effortless journey utilizing your gifts of introspection, feeling, visualization and sensation. You will be guided to alchemize the limiting beliefs that keep you stuck and stagnant into an updated mental landscape of authentic alignment. The use of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) will activate neuroplasticity, amplify self-transformation and anchor potential, possibility & purpose into your nervous system & subconscious mind.

Through the integration of yoga, breathwork, and meditation, you will further deepen your experience of relaxation and clarity. Gentle yoga poses and mindful breathing will open the body and calm the mind, while meditation will guide you into a state of focused presence. These practices will enhance your connection to your inner self, allowing you to release tension and unlock new insights that support your transformation. Together, these techniques amplify the power of the subconscious mind, making it easier to shift old patterns and align with your true potential.
